Our Policy
We stand by the integrity of our products 100%. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us with photos (by email [email protected] , Facebook or Instagram chats) and we can help you troubleshoot.
We are committed to the success of our customers and will do everything we can to help you on your mycological journey!
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. We will provide a return or refund under the following circumstances:
We sent you the wrong product:
If we shipped you the wrong product we’re sorry! We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase. Please email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
You changed your mind:
Excluding items described in the Terms “RETURNS & REFUNDS EXCLUSIONS” below, if you ordered the wrong item, or simply changed your mind we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping charges), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and in new condition. When your return product is received by us, you will be issued a refund to your payment method used when purchasing. You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective Products.
Returns & Refunds exclusions
Mushroom Grow kits and live cultures
We do not offer returns or refunds for Grow kits and other cultures such as Liquid culture syringes, grain spawn, sterilised grain and sterilised substrates. This is due to it being a perishable product.
If your grow kit didn’t work and you provide an explanation of how you proceed and pictures, we may be able to send you one for free.
Additional non-returnable or non-refundable items:
Gift cards, downloadable items.
Workshop classes Policy
An event be cancelled due to weather conditions, we’ll attempt to book another date at the same or close by venue. If the new date not be suitable to any attendee, a full refund or credit to another event will be given.
Ticket transfer to a different workshop date or time can be made within 3 days of the event date.
Refunds more than 7 days out from event day will be issued on request.
If you cancel your ticket within 7 days of the event, or not show up on event day, no refund is available. You’ll still be able to access all workshop material online. We can post your spawn and bags at your own costs.
